NBCC sells 1,185 Greater Noida residential units at Aspire Dream Valley for ₹1,505 crore
As part of the transaction, NBCC will earn a marketing fee of 1% on the sale value. The company stated that the sale was conducted in the ordinary course of its business.

For the third quarter, NBCC India reported a 25.1% year-on-year rise in net profit to ₹138.5 crore for the quarter ended December 2024, compared to ₹110.7 crore in the same period last year.
The state-owned Navratna infrastructure major also saw a healthy 16.6% year-on-year increase in revenue from operations, which stood at ₹2,827 crore, up from ₹2,423.5 crore in Q3FY24.
At the operating level, the company’s EBITDA rose 22% year-on-year to ₹142 crore, compared to ₹116.8 crore in the previous year. EBITDA margins improved slightly to 5% from 4.8% year-on-year.

Shares of NBCC (India) Ltd ended at ₹87.03, up by ₹3.95, or 4.75%, on the BSE.
