Q2 Results Highlights: Earnings continued to dominate trade on Tuesday, with investors reacting sharply to a slew of quarterly results. Bajaj Finance ended nearly 8% lower, while Bajaj Finserv also slipped about 7%. On the brighter side, Atul Auto surged over 13% on strong operating performance, and Hindustan Copper gained more than 5% post results.
Bharat Forge recouped early losses after management commentary suggested that its India business would offset weakness in US exports. Meanwhile, HLE Glascoat was the top loser on the BSE Smallcap index, falling more than 15%, while TRIL and Camlin Fine Chemicals both extended declines, locked in 10% lower circuits.
