Commercial LPG price slashed by ₹51.5 from today — Check new city-wise rates

Oil marketing companies have reduced the rates of commercial liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders by ₹51.5 from Monday, September 1. In Delhi, the retail price will be ₹1,580 for a 19kg commercial LPG cylinder.

The rates of 14.2kg domestic cylinders remain unchanged.

The prices of 19kg LPG cylinders were reduced by ₹33.5 in August, ₹58.5 in July and ₹24 in June.

On April 1, 2025, oil marketing companies had reduced the rates of commercial LPG cylinders, with the price of 19kg cylinders being slashed by ₹41.

From April to July 2025 the rates of 19kg LPG cylinders were cumulatively reduced by ₹138 in New Delhi, ₹139 in Mumbai, ₹141.5 in Chennai and ₹144 in Kolkata.

However, the cost of the 14.2kg domestic cylinders has remained unchanged since April 8, 2025, when it was increased by ₹50. The current price for the is ₹853 in Delhi, ₹852.5 in Mumbai, ₹868.5 in Chennai and ₹879 in Kolkata.
